A good day for WAC athletes at the National Indoor Junior & U23 Championships today at Athlone I.T.

Grace Furlong – U23 Women – 1st in Triple Jump (12m 13cm), 2nd in Long Jump
Emily O’Mahony – Junior Women- 3rd in Triple Jump

James Murphy – 4th U23 Mens Long Jump
Eoin Kenny – 5th in the U23 Mens 400m in a new PB (51.21)

Well done also to Fergus O’Brien in the U23 Mens 1500m, Jamie McCarthy U23 Mens 800m and Lance Baylon in the U23 Mens 60m.
