Waterford A.C. are teaming up with club member Sinead4Fitness for a new 8 week beginner running programme aimed at complete beginners looking to run their first 5k. Click read more for further details and to sign up.
Places are limited so registration is essential.
Please note that as of February 6th the Adult Tuesday session will move from WIT Arena back to the RSC for the summer. Fee is €3 for members and €5 for non-members. All welcome.

Back in early December Athletics Ireland announced the teams to represent Ireland at the Celtic Cross Country International Championships 2018 to take place in Antrim on Saturday January 6th. Matteo Mary was selected to represent Ireland as part of a 4 strong U17 development team. Matteo place 25th overall and was a scorer on the team that came 3rd in the Celtic Cross Team results. Coached by Derek Grant; Matteo is going from strength to strength and we look forward to seeing what he can do in 2018.
